Induction Melting Furnace
An induction melting furnace is a power supply device that converts power frequency 50Hz alternating current into medium frequency (above 300Hz to 20kHz). It converts three-phase power frequency alternating current into direct current after rectification and then converts direct current into adjustable medium frequency current to supply medium frequency alternating current flowing through the capacitor and induction coil, generating high-density magnetic lines in the induction coil, and cutting the metal material contained in the induction ring, resulting in a large eddy current in the metal material.
An induction melting furnace is mainly used for melting carbon steel, alloy steel, and special steel, as well as copper, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. The induction furnace is light in weight and has high inefficiency. The medium frequency furnace is the main equipment in the casting, forging, and heat treatment workshop. Its working stability, reliability and safety are the guarantee for the normal and stable operation of the casting, forging, and heat treatment production line of flow operation.

KGPS IF power supply-Compensation capacitor cabinet-Aluminum shell furnace or steel shell furnace-Tilt furnace system-Remote control box, closed-loop cooling tower.

Aluminum shell furnace body; aluminum shell, induction coil, reducer
Steel shell furnace body includes steel shell furnace body, induction coil, and magnetic field shielding system.
3. KGPS intermediate frequency power supply
According to the power of the frequency conversion induction furnace, we can choose KGPS frequency conversion power supply, 12-pulse frequency power supply and 24-pulse frequency power supply, IGBT frequency conversion power supply. The control mode of IF power supply can be designed as local control, touch screen control, remote control and computer control.

The unique positive and negative rotation coil greatly improves the efficiency of the system.
