Product introduction

The refining process of molten steel is a process in which various process parameters change dynamically. Therefore, the measured process parameters inevitably have deviations. The robot uses a seven-axis guide rail to complete the robot’s walking. The robot can accurately install the probe and automatically disassemble the waste probe. It can realize automatic temperature measurement, sampling, oxygen determination, slag removal, slag thickness measurement and other functions. The sample block removed by the sampling probe can be sent to the designated area for the convenience of operators to obtain. The high-temperature resistant camera installed on the robot can realize the visualization of argon stirring, and the operator can observe the argon situation in the furnace in the operating room.

Core functions

1. Automatically obtain the clearance value of the ladle
2. The probe storage bin can meet the storage and precise positioning of multiple types of probes.
3. The insertion depth of the probe can be automatically adjusted according to the type of probe, and the insertion repeatability accuracy is 5mm.
4. The robot can automatically adjust the insertion angle and insertion position according to the height of the furnace cover to avoid collision with the furnace mouth.
5. Visualization of argon stirring in the furnace.
6. Automatic return of the robot collision. If the slag layer in the furnace is too thick or there is interference outside the furnace, the return function will be automatically activated to avoid accidents.
7. Personnel safety protection. A safety fence and a safety door are set in the robot working area. When a person enters the robot working area, the robot will automatically stop to avoid accidents.
